• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and fabric dye lots.
• We have made every effort to display the colours and textures of our products as accurately as possible.

Orders & Payment

• We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us at our sole discretion.
• We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store your card details.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
• Orders are dispatched from Pretoria within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.
• Everything About Decor is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
• Custom and made-to-measure orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
